v2026-10-04
Boards hold still after the cutoff, rosters resolve once, and a locked-down dashboard
Public boards
A finished board stays finished. Once a board has ended or is locked, a recording that arrives late is held instead of changing the standings, on player boards and team boards alike. Staff can admit it on purpose by unlocking, reopening, or widening the late allowance.
Scores read the same everywhere. A held player shows the same total whether they are recalculated alone or the whole board is rebuilt.
On a team board the Players view counts the players of qualifying teams, instead of showing zero.
Board setup
Upload cutoff. A board can allow late recordings for a set number of minutes after it ends; after that they are held.
Score a game in full when it started inside the window. A new option for boards whose last game runs past the end time.
Pausing a board now freezes its ladder and its role sync, not only the scoring window.
Every tier change is logged with who gained or lost a tier, when, and on which board, and staff can see the list.
The season window preset no longer shifts a board by a month when only the time is edited.
Tournaments
Rosters are resolved once per session across every recording, so a duo no longer also appears as a solo row and players who never played together do not form a team.
Staff see rosters that need a look before paying: rosters excluded from scoring, and rosters that mix a registered player with an unregistered partner, each linked to its standings row.
Map default scoring follows the map's current fields, so an older tournament no longer scores an outdated field.
Manual results stay inside the tournament they belong to.
Bots and hosting
A replay uploaded while two lobbies list the same session goes to the lobby whose code it carries, and a session stays on one lobby from then on. Payouts follow that lobby.
Staff can reprocess an unmatched replay from the Replay Recovery page, and the host panel warns when a second lobby is started while one is live, with a one-click cancel of the older one.
A cancelled lobby keeps the reason it was cancelled, shown in the host history. Players see no change.
Website uploads that arrived without a session id no longer sit at pending forever.
Fixes
Permissions tightened across the dashboard. Every action checks that what it touches belongs to your server, cross-sync rules need access on both servers, and live lobby actions are checked against the signed-in user.
Scheduled posts only go to channels of the server they belong to.
Mark Paid uses the server's default payout fields when a payout has none of its own.
Player rankings, column labels, and score corrections
Public boards
Players view is now its own ranking. On a team board, the Players view ranks each player by a stat of their own (LP by default) and shows its own set of columns.
Stat columns use display names (Kills rather than PlayerKills), have consistent widths, and align their values under the headers. On phones, long headers use a short form.
Stat tiles show their final value on page load.
The player card marks any round that was scored from a single recording.
What's new is now published on the site, one entry per release.
Board setup
New Players view settings: the stat it ranks by and the columns it shows.
Score corrections. Staff can request a correction for a session that was scored with incorrect stats; the board recalculates from the corrected values. Each correction is logged with the requester and the changes, and is limited to operators.
Replays are retained longer so a session can be corrected after the fact.
An ended leaderboard can be reopened from its manage page or board card. Games played since it ended are scored on the next recalculation.
Editing a tournament's dates no longer fails because the Creative stat catalog was updated.
Bots and hosting
Hosting bots recover from a party disband instead of leaving the host party silently.
The lobby build id falls back to the last value returned by Fortnite rather than a fixed default.
Fixes
A replay is matched to the lobby whose code it carries, even when two lobbies were created for the same game. A replay that matches no lobby is kept for review instead of being discarded.
A round at the edge of a scoring window can no longer produce negative points after a stat reset, and its mini-rounds are ordered by the time they were observed.

Faster boards and player cards
Public boards
Leaderboard pages load faster under heavy traffic.
Selecting a player's row in the Players view opens that player's card.
Large numbers wrap on phones instead of being clipped.
A link to the Players view opens directly on players.
Fixes
The Discord standings message no longer shows an unranked team as a second "1".
Replay uploads no longer fail on a transient storage error.
v2026-09-18
Standings reliability and admin clarity
Public boards
The ladder never shows a partially updated list; if an update arrives incomplete, the last complete standings remain until the next update.
Boards choose the stat tiles shown at the top: teams ranked, players, qualified, or sessions tracked.
Boards can offer separate Teams and Players views.
Board setup
"Partial" and "conflicted" results are explained in plain language wherever they appear.
The stat tiles setting and the Players view switch moved into board setup.
Fixes
A game client that logs back in successfully is no longer shown as failed.
v2026-09-17v2026-09-17.2
Public leaderboards, rebuilt
Public boards
New public leaderboard page: a hero banner from the board or map, a podium, a ladder sized for phones, team and player views with shareable links, and ranks that update live.
Boards can carry their own banner, logo, colour, title, subtitle and footer, and can be served from your own web address.
Name what a qualified player is called (for example "Verified") and choose whether the board shows only qualified players or everyone.
Live boards are labelled "Live". Numbers on tiles and the podium are no longer clipped.
Board setup
Each qualification rule (linked Epic account, app used, minimum score) can require every team member or just one.
Archived boards sit under their own tab; the board card and the manage page share one row of actions.
Bots and hosting
Hosting picks up the current Fortnite build automatically, with a fallback if it cannot be read.
Custom bots respond to reactions and no longer show an incorrect status line in Discord.
Fixes
Verification stats display correctly on servers running Fortnite features through a custom bot.
Saving a board's branding no longer clears its description.
Paging back on the admin leaderboard tab works again.
